Located in Shantou, Guangdong Province, this mixed-use development integrates office, hotel, and commercial functions. Surrounded by toy manufacturing enterprises, the project aims to create a vibrant, youth-oriented office community that enhances the area’s appeal. The enclosed layout fosters a cohesive and interactive spatial experience. The design balances rigidity and fluidity—the upper levels, housing offices and the hotel, emphasize functionality and efficiency, while the lower levels feature fluid, dynamic curves, shaping an open and engaging commercial interface. This vibrant space attracts foot traffic, stimulating social and commercial activity.
